Terms of Services for My Turf Tasker App

Please read these terms of service (“terms”, “terms of service”) carefully before using the My Turf Tasker mobile application (the “service”) operated by TurfTech Solutions (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the My Turf Tasker app in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the Service

a. The My Turf Tasker app is intended to assist users in scheduling tasks for lawn maintenance and sharing their schedules anonymously with others in their area.

b. You agree not to misuse the My Turf Tasker app, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws or regulations, infringing on any third-party rights, or engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or harms the integrity or performance of the app.

c. You understand that your use of the My Turf Tasker app may involve sharing your location information with other users anonymously. You agree to use caution and discretion when sharing information via the app.

3. User Accounts

a. In order to use certain features of the My Turf Tasker app, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information updated.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

c. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the My Turf Tasker app for any reason at any time.

a. In no event shall TurfTech Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the My Turf Tasker app; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; (iii) any content obtained from the app; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

b. In no event shall the aggregate liability of TurfTech Solutions and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, arising out of or relating to these terms or the My Turf Tasker app exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve-month period prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
